All decked out with fittings and tables and chairs

It was made for you, by someone who cares

So decorate it with tinsel and enjoy the season

Put a star on top, let it shine like a beacon

Every corner and floor, and ceiling and wall

Was designed for you, your colleagues and all 

Whether you are there to work, eat or rest

Remember that Ausco, gave you their best
